DXL to Access Project Level History

Hi -

Is there any way to access the history of a project in DOORS? I haven't been able to find any information for this either through the user interface or via DOORS DXL scripting.

Background: someone deleted a project in our database, and luckily it was a 'soft delete' so we were able to undelete it. We are trying to find out who deleted it and when. (We checked the history of the modules inside the project, but none of them had an entry reflecting being deleted as part of the project.)
